Send a few photos and we'll tell you what your item should do at auction. If you consign, we handle the photography, authentication, cataloging and shipping, and as an official Fanatics Collect partner we place it in the sale where it fits.

Why consign through us
Good pieces bring the most at auction, where the people bidding are collectors who came for them.
We take care of authentication, grading, photography, framing through our sister studio The Framing Collective, insured shipping, buyer questions and payment. You get updates, then you get paid.
Most of our consignments go to Fanatics Collect, where we're an official partner. They run several sales and the same item sells differently in each. We place it in the right one, or with another house if that's where it belongs.
How it works
- Tell us what you have. A few photos and a short description through the form below, or call.
- We evaluate. We check recent comparable sales and tell you what to expect and where it fits. If you'd do better selling another way, we'll say so.
- Ship it in, or bring it by. We send packing instructions and arrange insured shipping, or you drop it at our Newport Beach office. Everything is logged and photographed on arrival.
- We place it and pay you. Prep, placement in the right auction, updates along the way, and your proceeds after the sale settles.
Timelines depend on the item and the auction calendar. You'll get a realistic schedule up front.

Two rules. Raw cards we take case by case; for most, grading first is the better move. Signed items must be authenticated by PSA/DNA, Beckett, JSA or similar before they can be placed. Send us the cert if you have one, or we'll coordinate it, or submit it for authentication yourself. Mass-produced pieces are fine if they're authenticated.

What does it cost?
Our rate depends on the item, its value and the venue. You get the exact terms in writing before anything is committed.
How long does it take?
It depends on the item and the auction calendar. Grading or authentication adds time; a piece that's already slabbed and certified moves faster. We'll give you a real schedule at evaluation rather than a number here that may not apply.
Do I have to ship it, or can I drop it off?
Either. We send packing instructions and arrange insured shipping, or you bring it to our Newport Beach office. Call ahead so someone is there to log it in.
My item is signed but I don't have a certificate. Can you still sell it?
Not as-is. Every signed item that isn't a graded card has to be authenticated by a third party first. We can coordinate that for you.
Do you take entire collections or inherited estates?
Yes, and you don't need to inventory it first. Tell us roughly what's there, send photos of the standout pieces, and we'll help sort what should go to auction from what shouldn't.
Are you actually partnered with Fanatics Collect?
Yes. Golden State Memorabilia is an official Fanatics Collect partner, and most of what we consign is placed in their auctions.
